The maintenance-free FRP insulated low-voltage AC/DC bus duct developed by Liaoning Boji Electric Technology Co., Ltd. is a product that has achieved five innovative leaps on the basis of the existing air bus duct, dense bus duct and epoxy cast bus duct.

一是導體由銅排向波紋形薄銅板飛躍，使產品集膚效應低、散熱面大，可充分提高導體載流能力，具有成本方面的優勢。

First, the conductor leaps from the copper bar to the corrugated thin copper plate, so that the product has a low skin effect and a large heat dissipation surface, which can fully improve the current carrying capacity of the conductor and has the advantage of cost.

二是導體連接方式由螺栓機械連接向焊接飛躍，焊接與傳統的螺栓機械連接相比，不僅減小了母線連接處的接觸電阻，同時還解決了用螺栓連接易產生松動，需要定期停電緊固螺栓的問題，具有維護方面的優勢。

三是外部殼體由金屬殼體向扁管形玻璃鋼殼飛躍，玻璃鋼與傳統的金屬外殼相比不但具有優秀的絕緣性能和機械性能，而且化學性能穩定、耐腐蝕，密封后防護等級可以滿足IP68要求，可在浸水、直埋地下等條件下使用，具有使用范圍廣闊方面的優勢。

四是導體連接由硬連接改為軟連接，使母線導體由剛性熱脹冷縮向柔性熱脹冷縮飛躍，這樣不僅可以使單根母線長度大幅增加，減少母線中間接頭數量，同時還具有安裝快捷、安裝成本低方面的優勢。

五是各相母線由密集布置到空氣加絕緣分散布置飛躍，不僅散熱好，而且還不會發生相間及相對地短路，具有安全方面的優勢。
